Unlike screen printing , the number of colours in the logo does not affect the price, making embroidery a cost effective choice for logos with lots of colours.
When you supply your logo, we use specialist software to convert and optimise the image into an embroidery design. Your logo is then sampled onto scrap fabric for your approval to ensure we have matched sizing, design and thread colour match to your expectations and before any embroidery commences on your garments. It’s important to get this 100% correct the first time.
Once the embroidered logo is created, it is automatically stored on our design system and also our on our ‘in-house’ computer system, giving us full control and quality assurance over your order every step of the way. When you come to to re-order, we can simply reproduce your logo quickly and accurately. Please allow up to 10 working days for completion of ALL embroidered goods, subject to the goods being in stock.
We have the ability to embroider 99% of logos our customers send us. In the unlikely event we can not use the logo, we will always advise prior to proceeding, however in most cases we can do some slight amendments to the logo to make it work for embroidery. Amendments may be slight increase of text size, or moving part of the design slightly to give the best result. Small text below 5mm may need enlarging slightly, with very fine detail may need editing to achieve the best overall look.
We have a wide variety of clothing to choose from or we are more than happy to embroider on the majority of garments supplied by our customers. All work is undertaken at the client’s own risk. Although every care will always be taken to ensure that the items are returned in perfect condition & with perfect embroidery, The SO Studio will not be held liable for damage or loss arising from orders of this nature as we are unable to guarantee the performance of garments supplied to us by the customer. Any embroidery failure will not be charged. Any concerns regarding the items the customer are requiring embroidery on will be explained and will then be down to the customer to accept & agree to before proceeding with the order.
